On the flats
Last day on the flats for about 9 days. Heading to 9,500 ft for 7 days of racing with the Firecracker 50 Marathon and the Breck-Epic. Coach has the legs primed about as good as they are going to get. Just have to follow the directions laid out and execute. Next updates coming from Breckenridge, CO.
