Force



Force. It is what is required to make the bike move. More force equals more speed....so this is the time of the year to gain the power of the force. Coach had me rolling uphill at a low rpm today like He-Man. This is the same workout I did the other day down in Boulder...but bailed on it due to crappy unsnappy legs. Well, today, I felt a ton better and was able to force out the six 10 minute intervals at 45-60 rpm. The location for todays workout was Rist Canyon....a gentle but painful rise in the early miles. I am not sure what hurt worse....my legs or my core. Oh, the burn!
