Here are the elevation and HR profiles from the Suunto T6 for the 2 days of riding during the Boulder-Winter Park-Boulder. Pace was pretty easy, hence the reason the heart rate is low and it took us a better part of a day to get from point A to point B.
Nothing but climbing on the first day. It was a slow grind....but worth every penny!
Wednesday was much easier. All the climbing was in the first 2 hours....then it was all downhill to Boulder.
