Home sweet home. Weather looks all nice in this picture, but this AM the temps were floating around 33 degrees, it was snowing pretty good, and the wind was blowing something fierce out of the N. Nothing stuck on the ground here in FoCo, but up on the foothills there was some accumulation.Friday my Sister and I packed the U-Haul...which we managed to get stuck in the front yard due to the soggy rain soak grounds. Doh! Sorry, no pictures of that mess. I was cursing up a storm!
Saturday, we left Waterloo at 5 AM and drove to Fort Collins. We got into town around 4 PM local time. then we unloaded the entire truck into the new place (see picture). Once everything was into the townhouse we organized things a bit....then called it a night
Today (Sunday), we pretty much got everything dialed. It's 3:21 PM as I type this and I can now say that I am a resident of CO.
Few little things to do this week: Internet hooked up, TV hooked up, get back on the bike, think about heading to Moab on the weekend for the WRIAD ride, and to finalize the deal on the SRM or PowerTap.
