    Recovery was the key for Sunday. Spent the late AM hours riding....following....chasing....yelling at....Buchanandale on a road recovery ride. He took advantage of my less than spunky legs and dropped the hammer on the slightest incline. I just sat there and spun at an effortless 17 mph. Tuesday night I return the favor. Muwhahahahahahahahahaha.

    After that is was off to Super Sam's Wal Club Mart. Pick up some bulk leafy greens, fruit, lean protein, and other needed nutritional items. Rest of the week is group rides and then I am teaming up with B-Dog in the off-road DU at Camp Ingawanis. No, I am not running, but rather par-taking in the bike legs. Should be cool....and different.
