Sea Otter course map and profile

I have 2 events coming up in April, as I balance work and play. Next week I fly out to Cali for the Sea Otter Classic. This is first and foremost a work related trip. Ergon USA will come into the public eye with a BANG! If you are out there, stop by and say "hi." While I am out there, I am going to take part in a little leg thrash'n. Since they have no endurance events at Sea Otter, I am taking part in the semi-pro XC event. The distance is a bit long by XC format standards...32 miles. I am planning on getting in some good intensity while trying the new BD1 pack. This should be good testing for 2 weeks time when I head to TN for the Cohutta 100.

Speaking of the Cohutta 100, they released the map and profile for the course. Looks epic, as it traverses terrain between TN and GA. With my work schedule for Ergon, it looks like a lot of these 100 mile and self-supported events are going to be easier to fit into a schedule.

So now, that I have a clear idea of my road trip'n for this year, I can start really planning my race season. Races on the radar include...
    Dirty Kanza 200 or KTR
    Mohican 100
    Velirium Marathon
    Lumberjack 100
    Breckenridge Firecracker 50
    24 Hr NORBA Nationals
    Durango 100
    Endurance 100

Of course this is all subject to change. All I know is that it is going to be an exciting year....travel, race.....travel, race......travel, race.....repeat as needed!

    And just for the record....
It's 19 degrees with light snow flurries right now outside my window!!!!
