So, Ergon sent me a box of Team Issue green grips to give to those...until the "bling" is ready... who are to be deemed Ergon athletes in the USA. Like I mentioned in earlier posts, Ergon is going head first into the USA this year. You have no idea how big Ergon is in Europe....the growth over 3 years has been amazing. Part of my duty is to build some relationships with good people...ambassadors of sorts. The process has started, and will continue to grow of over the next few months, as Ergon hand picks select cyclists across the USA. Oh, and before you ask....all the grips above in the picture are/where already spoken for. One last thing....here is some good news!
Speaking of the growth of Ergon....
The picture above is the invite mailed to all press, industry folk, and important people to invite them to Ergon facility Open House. Ergon is growing, and they built a new state of the art facility to keep developing top notch products. This open house will also serve as a "launch" for the Topeak-Ergon mountain bike team. Should be interesting....
