Feel awesome.
After yesterdays 3 hour power ride on the Surly 1x1, I officially feel great. Legs are strong, and the motivation is high. This morning I singlespeeded to the YMCA and lifted. I even stared down a few machines while I was there. I think they fear me. My leg workout that I love to do is starting to show the effects. I do 3 sets of 150 lbs 60 times fast....one leg at a time. None of that 2 legged sissy stuff here. Yeah, it burns. It really teaches lactic acid tolerance.
Cycling News posted the Trans-Iowa press release. Hmmmm, I wonder who sent them that? It's at the bottom of the page. Gotta pimp the sponsors!
Today, my TruVativ parts should show. They come from Cali, so it takes like 4 days to get them here. In anticipation for the new parts, I went in early yesterday and applied sponsor decals to my NRS Air frame. Once again...Gotta pimp the sponsors!
Got an e-mail from the fine folks at Ergon. They caught wind of how much I have been pimping their grips on MTBR and on this site, that they are going to be my grip sponsor this year. Sorry, no link but here is a picture. Thanks guys!

Ergon Performance grip. Touch it. Hug it. Lick it. Grip it. Did I say lick it? Nevermind.
Carl is speaking German on is blog. I am confused. Reading his blog now, was like going to Spanish class in college. Makes no freak'n sense.
Planning a huge ride on Sunday on the road rocket. All and any are welcomed to join me. Look'n for 6 hours or more. E-mail me if you are interested. Weather man says heat wave....45 degrees. Shirt optional.
Tonight is House of Pain roller workout. Long intervals are on tap. Bring it!
