Cross'd up yo!

Tis the season my friends. Cyclocross season is soon to be in full-on mud fling'n mode. Guess what......Iowa has a series. All together now.....Hell Yeah! On a personal note, these races kick major booty! They don't hurt one bit.......unless you fall on one of the barriers.

Our great friend down Des Moines, Godfather Marco, has put together a great series with a great cause. Check out the schedule and make sure to get Cross'd Up in 2004.

On a personal note I think a sound system should be put up on all the courses and Metallica and Beastie Boys should be raging in the speakers. What's better than rage'n music, mud, barriers, and a 200 heartrate.........that's what I thought!
